A Statement from our Executive Director, Kaitlin Dastugue
Dear [Re]Builders,
I am writing to share the news that I will be stepping down as Rebuilding Together Nashville’s Executive Director this Spring. After 5 and ½ years leading our incredible organization, I feel it’s the right time to hand the baton to the next Executive Director who can lead RTN into the next chapter. We have accomplished so much in the last few years and the organization has never been stronger: we have a clear vision for our programs and impact, a solid financial foundation, and have refined the way we work to meet the urgent affordable housing needs in our community. We all have so much to be proud of.
The Rebuilding Together Nashville Board under the leadership of our Board President, Brandon Miller, and Board search committee chair, Anton Jackson, is launching a search for Rebuilding Together Nashville’s next Executive Director. Information about the position is listed below, and I encourage you to share this opportunity with your networks.
In the months ahead, I’ll be working collaboratively with our Board and staff to ensure a smooth transition. Thank you to our supportive Board, our incredibly talented team, and our dedicated community partners for entrusting me in this role. It’s been the honor of a lifetime.
Kaitlin Dastugue
